Tax Cuts and Balanced Budgets « Caulk is cheap

Boring, boring and more boring, I know.   But the Caulk is Cheap wayback machine is here to make the subject a little more entertaining and to show that the more things change, the more they stay the same. 

Obviously taxes were in the news in 1926:
